Tema Design by MK Illumination delivered main character statues for Majaland Kownaty, a brand new Plopsa theme park in Poland. Based on this collaboration, Tema Design by MK Illumination has also been chosen as suppliers for Holiday Indoor. This new part of Holiday Park will be the very first indoor themed area of its kind in Germany.

When summer comes, Plopsa will open their very first indoor themed area in Germany called Holiday Indoor. The 5000 square meter investment will be no less than 7.5 million euro, which is the company’s largest single investment since Plopsa acquired the German theme park.

The choice was obvious for Plopsa’s CEO Steve Van den Kerkhof when he had to choose a supplier that could deliver the enormous number of items to create the magical experience that guests seek.

“Tema Design by MK Illumination has proven to be able to deliver many items in a short period of time, at a reasonable price and without compromising on quality. The choice of Tema Design by MK Illumination as a supplier for this project has therefore been natural for us. We are looking forward to see the characters once they move into the all-new imaginative indoor area at Holiday Park this summer.”

The new Holiday Indoor is going to be a themed area with 7 new attractions fitting both young and adults. The indoor experience will also include a 500 seat theater for daily performances.

Besides presenting guests with new attractions such as an interactive flying carousel and a huge slide, Plopsa also strives to create an imaginative environment for their guests and a big part of this, it the important trees Tema Design by MK Illumination will create. The indoor theming will be based on some of Plopsa’s most famous characters including Heidi, Tabaluga and Mia & Me.

Lars Nielsen, Them Attraction Manager at the Danish company says:

“After delivering figures to the new park, Majaland Kownaty, we are both happy and proud to continue the good cooperation with Plopsa and contribute to the realization of another exciting project – this time in Holiday Park. As always, we will do all we can to deliver high quality decorations and once again prove that in our world ‘everything is possible’ ”

Exciting times are ahead for the Danish theming expert as they not only are going to supply this large scale indoor themed area in Germany, they have also just won a theming project for a major Danish theme park, which they hope to be able to tell more about soon.
