Christmas celebrating

At Tivoli Friheden the Danish word “hygge” is used in all its glory. Hygge describes the experience of being amongst family and friends eating a lovely dinner, having a good time or just being together. Tivoli Friheden provides Denmark with hygge all year around and especially during the long and dark Danish winters with days that sometimes have up to 17 hours of darkness.

The amusement park has manifested the term into their Christmas season where MK Themed Attractions has provided all decorative elements to enhance the feeling of hygge. The decorative elements include everything from 3D motives and regular lights to lifelike polar bears and other fiberglass decorations.
